"RUH"
This handsome and elegant young mama Akbash was found with her single pup in an area of Utah that uses working Livestock Guardian Dogs. Impounded she awaited almost certain euthanasia if rescue could not take her. Akbash rescue, with the help of local rescue groups, found out about her plight and got her into foster care. Her young pup was kept with her and they are now in foster together.
She has been named "Tala" and the male puppy is now "Ruh".
Nala has a lovely temperament and is calm and well mannered in the house.

Below are the shelter pictures of mama and pup. Things are looking up for this pair! They have been vetted and are being well cared for and are awaiting their new permanent homes.

I'm looking for a guardian for a herd of La mancha goats. I also have chickens and horses. How is Tala's temperment with goats or has she been around any? How is she with her boy? My email is gardenbyrd@hotmail.com
Too bad some people don't take the time to read the article accompanying a dog's pics (especially the part about not using the "comments" section for communication!).
